More from Myanmar

Thanks again to Tom Vincent for sending these great pics from Myanmar... Tom is busy flying for Vincent Aviation there... (see http://3rdlevelnz.blogspot.co.nz/2014/08/where-on-earth-is-vincents-vab.html)

The Myanmar Air Force's Shaanxi Y-8 5818 on departure from Yangon on 7 August 2014.
A Papua New Guinea aircraft working in Myanmar... Hevilift's DHC Twin Otter P2-KSI at Yangon on 7 August 2014.
This ramp overview includes two Myanmar Airways International A319s which are used to fly routes such as Singapore and Bangkok. Further back is a brand new Golden Myanmar ATR 72-600 (One of about five -600 models now based at RGN - Yangon) and is yet to begin airline flying - waiting on Myanmar DCA approval to fly would be my guess. Behind that is an Air Asia A320 about to depart for KUL and then the daily Qatar A319LR from Doha. Photo taken at at Yangon on 7 August 2014
This Air Mandalay ATR-72 XY-AEY is retired I assume, has been in its present position for a few months looking decidedly worse for wear. Photo taken at at Yangon on 7 August 2014.
Air Bagan ATR42 XY-AIC still flies but I would say it will be subject to the same fate before long. Photo taken at at Yangon on 7 August 2014
